Michael has over 10 years of experience in the IT Sector, initially within the banking industry then as Service Excellence Lead on Informed Solutions UK Operations Management Team. He is experienced in the delivery and practical adoption of agile and user centric digital service design, in line with Digital Service Design Standards of the UK’s GDS and Australian DTA, and state digital priorities across Australia.

Informed’s global scale up has seen Michael relocate to Sydney to head the operations of the Australian team. His role has seen him leading and delivering innovative projects for both the Public and Private Sectors. Responsibility for continuous service delivery exercises Michael’s passion for delivering high quality services which continually evolve, adapting industry leading delivery practices to meet varying client operating environments.

Michael has worked globally across service design, requirements analysis, process re-engineering, project delivery, change management, service introduction and service management.   

Personal Perspective 

In his spare time Michael is a passionate sports fan, known to wake up at unusual hours on occasions to watch his favourite sports team, Manchester United or, to the sounds of his young daughter.  Since moving to Sydney he has also adopted his local team Sydney FC and you will often find him swimming lengths at Prince Alfred’s Park at the weekend.
